Part of a Provençal farmer family I feel strongly attached to the area I was born.
That’s why I have chosen to stay here and make the wonderfully situated family property suitable for touristic purposes enabling others to become familiar with our wonderful Provence.

Locality
Our property is on the slope of a hill and is surrounded by prestigious villages such as Gordes, Rousillon, Bonnieux, Menerbes and Oppede le Vieux.
Of course we bask in the sun and enjoy the azure-coloured skies over our region.
For example there’s an unhamperd view of the Luberon mountainrange and the wonderful village of Bonnieux which is built at the entrance of the picturesque valley leading to Lourmarin.
The building in local stone and roofed with old tiles fits in harmoniously in the landscape. An atmospher of peace and quiet is created by the sound of birds and/or crickets, depending on the season.

The flat can be rented as a room(+linen and breakfast) or per week as a flat. As said before: 2 persons, living-room/kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and the earlier mentioned terrace with a splendid, unhampered view.
Cottage 4 persons 70 m²
Cottage leaning against the building with rented rooms, in locally quarried stone surrounded by olive trees and with a fenced off swimming pool used solely by guests. Splendid view of the hills of the Luberon. Activities
At “Mas des Oliviers” in the midst of a region still inhabiting everything rural, you can enjoy in all quiet the swimmingpool. A game of tabletennis or jeu de boules, unintruded by the modern world.
Splendid trips are possible in the area; on foot, by bike (allow for difference in heights), mountainbike or horseback. Because of the mild climate and the variation in landscape you can also visit some miracles of nature: Fontaine de Vaucluse (source), the ochre quarry in Rousillon or the french “Colorado” near Rustrel. Also worth a visit are villages like Gordes, Rousillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste, etc, up in the higher area.
There are numerous weekly markets in nearby towns and villages including nostalgic ”farmermarkets” esp. in Coustelet on Sunday mornings.
There is an interesting antiques market in Isle sur la Sorge.
Maybe “old history” spots such as in Vaison la Romaine, Orange with its old roman theatre or the papal palace in Avignon will draw your attention.
We mustn’t forget the fascinating trips in “Les Alpilles”, the Mont Ventoux or the Luberon.

How to get here:
D900 towards Apt, at Coustelet turn left D2 to Gordes, in Les Imbrets turn right D207 to St Panthaleon, at crossroads continue D148 to St.Panthaleon, in St.Panthaleon at church continue D104, after about 100 metres turn left, after about 200 metres: “Mas des Oliviers” on your right.
